For some time now, I have been creating something that I would like to share with you. Sinu uus SÄRA (Your New GLOW) is a practical and inspiring online course, born from a desire to share knowledge and simple practices that have helped both me and others find greater balance, joy, inspiration, and the courage to take action.
This is not a ready-made recipe for a happy life. Rather, it is an invitation to return to yourself – to notice your body and inner states, listen to your thoughts, rediscover what truly inspires you, and find the courage to bring your ideas and dreams to life.
My Own Journey
I, too, have been in a place where, outwardly, one manages to cope, yet internally, one is completely drained. After working for a long time as a medical laboratory specialist, I experienced burnout. My journey to recovery taught me a great deal about the importance of listening to myself, supporting myself, and reconnecting with what truly matters in life.
Life subsequently led me to various practices that support the well-being of both body and mind. I have studied and utilized methods such as applied kinesiology, conscious breathing and relaxation techniques, and other mind-body practices, while also exploring various methods of personal development. Becoming a yoga teacher was a major dream of mine – and that dream came true. For over a decade, I have engaged in yoga and wellness practices, guiding people who seek greater balance, presence, and a sense of well-being in their lives.
Yet, my journey has not been solely about the body and well-being. I have always been a creator, too. I love writing, photography, traveling, and nature. I have written and self-published a book, so I know firsthand what it means to take an idea – initially visible only in one’s mind – and bring it into the real world.
This is precisely the experience I wish to share with you: we are capable of far more creativity, joy, and possibility than we often allow ourselves in our daily lives.

How I Found My Smile
I once traveled to Bali alone. And not just for a vacation, but with an inner purpose: to find my smile again. Because sometimes, a smile simply goes into hiding. Outwardly, everything might seem more or less fine. But a person has been good for too long, has been there for others for too long, and has for too long put off the things that truly bring them joy.
In Bali, I also had a crucial realization: only you can create a wonderful life for yourself. No one else can live your life for you. No one else can choose for you what you want to experience, what to create, where to go, or how to shape your life. Others can support and inspire you and show you the way, but ultimately, you are the one who must take the next step. And that step is possible to take if you truly want it! It was in Bali that I found my smile again.
Why did I create this course?
Over the years, I have noticed how many people long not so much for a better life, but for the feeling that they are truly living their own life. They want more joy, energy, inspiration, and courage, and a deeper connection with themselves. But to achieve that, one has to start somewhere.
That is why I structured the course around simple steps: cultivating a supportive inner state; learning to be more aware of your thoughts, inner dialogue, and focus; giving creative expression to your ideas and inner world; and finding the courage to share your creations and dreams with the world.
In addition to gaining practical knowledge, you will also engage in simple physical exercises, moments of relaxation and reflection, and various creativity exercises. These are not intended to turn you into someone else. Rather, they help you better recognize who you already are and what you truly desire.
Joy doesn’t have to be a distant goal
I believe that joy, creativity, and an inner sense of lightness are not rewards we receive only when everything in our lives is in order. They are our natural states. And for me, creativity has always been very important. Creativity isn’t just about painting, writing, or making music. It also means having the courage to think in your own way, make different choices, find your own solutions to problems, and shape your life in a way that truly resonates with you.
Creativity is one way to experience the feeling of being alive. And if we make more room for it, joy can return alongside that creativity.

I believe in small steps that can genuinely be incorporated into your daily life
Examples of such small steps include taking a brief pause, a conscious breath, noticing a new thought, engaging in a favorite creative activity, writing a new page, taking a walk in nature, or making a bold new decision. In my experience, it is precisely from these small moments that larger change begins to take shape.
As you learn to listen to and support yourself better, you may gradually gain self-confidence, inspiration, the drive to take action, and the courage to make choices that are more aligned with your true self.
On a wonderful trip a few years ago, I wrote in the sand (joy):

Perhaps it’s time to rediscover your inner glow
Maybe you, too, have sometimes thought: Everything is actually fine in my life. So why don’t I feel happy? Or: I know I want to do something different, but I don’t know exactly what. Or: I have so many ideas, but I never seem to get anywhere with them. Or simply: I want to feel genuine joy in my life again.
If any of these thoughts sound familiar, it might be time to pause for a moment and listen to yourself. Sinu uus SÄRA (Your New GLOW) journey isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s an invitation to remember who you already are. It’s about discovering what makes your eyes light up, giving it space, creating something that is truly yours, and finally, having the courage to take action.
Thank you for being here. And thank you for being yourself. Dream boldly. Create boldly. And have the courage to bring your dreams to life.
If you feel it’s time to bring more joy, inspiration, and ease into your life, you are warmly invited to join this journey.
